Shipping & Return Policy

Free Shipping Eligibility:
All orders over $4000 qualify for free delivery.
Orders placed in Ontario qualify for free shipping.
Orders below $4000 may incur a shipping charge of up to $140 or the actual shipping cost, based on your location.

Delivery Schedule:
We operate and ship orders Monday through Friday.
A shipping notification email, containing your tracking number, will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Payment Schedule:
A minimum of half the payment must be made immediately upon the provision of the Bill of Lading (BOL).
The remaining balance is due within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. 
If payment is not received as scheduled, the vendor is responsible for any legal fees incurred in the collection process.

Freight Carriers:
We utilize reputable freight carriers selected based on criteria such as quality service, on-time deliveries, competitive pricing, and overall reliability.
If you lack loading space, a tailgate fee of $60.00 may apply.

Receiving Your Order:
When receiving your order, please inspect the items for any damage.
Note any damage on the Freight Delivery Receipt before signing.

Return Policy
Exchanges for Damaged Items:
While we do not offer returns, we provide the option to exchange damaged items.
Please report any damage immediately upon receipt by contacting our customer support at contact@eaststar.ca

Exchange Process:
Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the damaged item.
Provide order details, a description, and clear photos of the damaged item.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide a return shipping label. 

Conditions for Exchange:
Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging for the exchange to be processed.

Exclusions:
We do not accept exchanges for items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse. Additionally, please note that exchanges are not available for perishable goods.

Tailage Fee: 
If a tailgate service is required for return pickups, a fee of $60.00 may apply.
